When a small injured puppy arrived at Pasadena Humane on March 9, staff members were left stunned by the condition he was in.
The tiny puppy, later named Peanut, had suffered devastating traumatic injuries after being found alone in Sierra Madre, California.
Most of his nose was gone.
His jaw had been dislocated.
And his fragile little body was trembling in pain and fear.
